Setup
Depending on the complexity of the setup (e.g. venue restrictions, potential road closures, security registrations, additional fire safety briefings, or requests to set up more than one day in advance), an additional fee may apply to cover the extra costs.

For a standard one-day event with no special requirements, setup is typically done on the same day, at least a few hours before the event starts, or the night before. In these cases, no additional charges apply.

Teardown
There are no additional charges for teardown.

A 1-Screen Racing Setup typically uses a 42" or bigger TV and offers a good and optimised field of view for the player. As the types of view (i.e. in-car, first person view) can be changed in the game, the 1-Screen setup with at least 42" in size is the baseline minimum TV screen size that we offer that gives a good racing experience.

A 3-screen (or triple screen) racing simulator offers a wider field of view and gives a more immersive racing experience for the racer as a wider range of the race track can now be seen. We typically offer 3 x 27" Monitors in the setup and it definitely increases the WOW factor.

Yes we do. Infact our setup comes with trained facilitators whose role is to offer game-play assistance, cycle through game instructions and to offer any technical assistance to your guests.
